If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility for Returns
2.1. To be eligible for a return:
- The Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- All parts, instruction booklets, and packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice) must be provided.
2.2. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
2.3. Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized sets.
- Products sold as “used”, “pre-owned”, or “clearance”.
- Items not purchased directly from Aura Bricks.
3. How to Return a Product
3.1. To start a return, please contact us at aurabrickshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
3.2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your return.
3.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the package is safely delivered to us.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
4.2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.
4.3. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a store error or defective product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
6.1. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
6.2. Aura Bricks will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund for verified defective products.
